I’d call my look a mix of Serena Van Der Woodsen meets Massie Block (from the movie, not the book). I shop everywhere from Juicy Couture & Michael Kors to TJ Maxx and Old Navy. People tell me I have a really good style, but i’m just not sure. I love the flyaway tops and sweaters this season, and sequins too, but just a hint. Boots and scarves plus blazers are huge for me too. Does anyone know any really good websites for plus size teens who want to keep up with the latest celebrity fashions? (I already know of Torrid and Lane Bryant and Alloy.) Maybe sort of like a Forever 21 for plus size people?

My step-sister just got a promotion. Its kind of a big deal and she is going into a management position.

I am hosting a "new wardrobe" party for her, and the goal is to toast her achievement and get her started on a new business casual wardrobe. She has pretty much lived in jeans, t-shirts, and sandels for years and she knows she needs to step it up in this new job.
Kinda like a bridal shower/baby shower, but not. Yeah, my family is weird. . . . .

I wanted to get her one or two cute blazers or jackets but I am having the hardest time finding anything in her size (20 -22) that doesn’t look matronly. She is only 28!

Any suggestions? I’d love to find something that has some personality, texture, color, embellishments, etc.

I can’t find any punk rock/ rock/ goth clothes for my size. I’m a XXL in the US and a 45-47 in th UK. I really like Blazers, and t-shirts. Please help me. THanks a lot!

I’m looking for relatively inexpensive black blazers to pair with black dress pants, say, for a professional job. I’m a size 16/18 and not very comfortable in my own body. Does anyone know any stores, either real stores or online with good return policies, that carry such blazers at reasonable prices?

Thank you!
I don’t need to match the fabrics or colors. Black is black. As long as it looks good together. I’m just looking for ones that might actually look right. The ones made by stores that focus on more "normal" sizes distort the larger sizes so they don’t look right.
